Private Universe NEIPA (7%) is a classic hazy IPA that uses three of our favourite hops and a melange of pilsner malt, wheat and oats to build a pillowy, luscious hazy IPA that simply smells like endless summer.

CHASING CLOUDS

NEW ENGLAND IPA

The joy of chasing clouds never gets old.

Big fluffy haze bombs. Some light, some strong. Tropical fruit or citrus, dank or bright, each is unique and glorious in its own right.

With as many combinations of hops and malt and yeast as there are faces in the clouds, the perfect hazy IPA is as elusive and clutching mist.

Our latest foray into the wonderful world of haze experimentation is Chasing Clouds NEIPA. Along with a full-bodied blend of barley, oats and wheat, we also played with a heavenly blend of Australian Enigma and Eclipse and US El Dorado and Idaho 7 hops. Tropical? Yes.

Chasing Clouds is fluffy, puffy and dreamy – and we can definitely see your face in it.

EVENING CHORUS

NZ-HOPPED HAZY IPA

What goes up, must come down, including the sun in Aotearoa. As dusk approaches at the far end of the world, a cacophony of birdsong can be heard, bidding farewell to the glorious day that was. Your tastebuds will experience something similar when sipping Evening Chorus NZ-Hopped Hazy IPA - a harmony of tropical fruit flavours and aromas like pineapple, lychee and mango with bright citrus notes, all from the trio of New Zealand-grown Motueka, Rakau and Nelson Sauvin hops.

TOTAL SATURATION

TRIPLE NEIPA

How saturated in aroma and flavour can one beer be? We found ourselves pondering that exact question with our good friends at Collective Craft Beer Shop and decided to find out.

To build a big beer, you need wheat, lots of it. And oats, boatloads. Then all the pils malt and flaked barley you can get your hands on. But your beer can’t be totally saturated until you’ve overflown the kettle with as many hops as you can muster.

For this beer, we used Yakima Chief’s Cryo Pop Hop Blend, a hop medley of the most delicious sticky compounds, cryogenically frozen to extract all that concentrated lupulin - the aromatic stuff that makes Saturation beers smell so damned saturated. You’ll get mind-boggling notes of stonefruit, citrus and tropical fruit and as the name suggests, the aroma truly pops from the glass.


We’re totally proud – and a little intimidated if we’re being honest – to present Total Saturation Triple NEIPA (10%), our biggest, boldest, most aromatic and flavourful hazy beer to date. It’s a ten percenter that drinks like a sixer, with a texture as fluffy as cotton ball clouds and aromas that will waft over you for an eternity.

STARBURST

TRIPLE NEIPA

Imagine a galaxy far, far away. Now think of multiple galaxies merging and colliding, producing explosive starburst events. That’s big!

We couldn’t think of a more apt metaphor as we tested the limits of our mash tun and the patience of our accountant to craft our biggest, juiciest, most flavourful New England IPA to date.

Starburst weighs in an astronomical 9.5%, but floats on your tongue like a regular haze bomb. The thickness of the body will send your tongue into zero gravity and the hop bill of 100% Galaxy hops will send your taste buds into orbit. It radiates passionfruit, cantaloupe, lychee, and candied orange and continues to transmit wave after wave of aromas towards your nose, even once the glass is empty. It’s our shining star. And it tastes out of this world.

THE DREAMING

AUSTRALIAN HAZY IPA

Close your eyes and dream of a land so vast and great and rich in culture you can lose yourself in it for weeks at a time. The Dreamtime is the foundation of Aboriginal religion and culture in Australia. It is the story of events that have happened, how the universe came to be, how human beings were created and how their Creator intended for humans to function within the world as they knew it. For our Australian-hopped hazy IPA, The Dreaming, we leaned into the ethereal qualities of this mystical land. Galaxy, Enigma and Vic Secret hops have been layered in tropical abundance, behind a smooth and full-bodied malt base. Unlike most hazy beers, we used no wheat and oats - just 2-row malt, flaked barley and victory malt. And it’s just how it was meant to be.

TRIPLE THREAT

HAZY IPA

We’ve thrown three amazing hops - Sabro, Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin - into one amazing beer. Triple Threat Hazy IPA is the result of someone asking the three Cabin founders during an online QnA what their favourite hop varietal was. The three hops we came up with sounded so dang good as a combo, we couldn’t NOT make a beer with them! This is our biggest, smoothest, most aromatic hazy yet - and at 8.5%, it fits the bill as a true hop monster.

RAINBOW NATION

SOUTH AFRICAN HAZY IPA

Imagine South Africa. What do you think? Stunning scenery? Rich wildlife? A melting pot of ethnicities and cultures? Our latest beer will make you rethink what South Africa is about. The dry conditions make the hops grown there incredibly unique. We’ve added Southern Star and Southern Passion hops to our latest hazy beer and the result is phenomenal! It is hazy and orange, with huge berry and tropical fruit aromas. It’s very full-bodied with flavours of guava, pineapple, passionfruit and strawberry. It finishes with a lingering malty nuttiness.
