  • Once your organization registers a campaign with Cabin Brewing, you'll receive a unique 15% discount code to share with your supporters.

    Supporters use this code to enjoy a 15% discount on their purchases from Cabin Brewing's webstore.

    At the end of the campaign, Cabin Brewing donates 15% of the total sales generated using your code back to your organization.

  • Starting a fundraising campaign with Cabin Brewing is free, simple, and requires no minimum spends or commitments.

  • Supporters have two options for receiving their orders:

    Individual Delivery: If the supporter placing the order lives in an area wjhere Cabin delivers (Calgary, Bow Valley or Edmonton) they can opt to have the order delivered to their house.

    Taproom Pickup: If the supporter lives outside our home delivery area, they must choose Taproom Pickup and their order will be held for them at Cabin.

    Campaign organizers may choose to tell supporters to choose Taproom Pickup and arrange for a collection of all orders at once, for distribution to supporters.

  • Yes. We can provide a report at the end of your campaign with your supporters’ names and total spend.

  • To start a fundraising campaign, click the Register Your Campaign button on this page and fill out your organization's details. A member of the Cabin team will reach out to you with information and next steps. If you do not receive a response within three business days, please contact sales@cabinbrewing.ca.

  • Due to seasonal fluctuations, external issues, or periods of high demand, Cabin may have to temporarily reduce or pause the number of registered campaigns.

    Cabin Brewing Company reserves the right to limit or deny campaigns at any time.

  • At the end of the campaign period, Cabin Brewing will calculate the total sales generated using your organization's unique discount code and donate 15% of that amount back to your organization.

    Please allow up to 10 business days for the payment to be confirmed and processed.

  • Campaign durations can vary, but typically they last a few weeks to a month. You can discuss specific timeframes with the Cabin Brewing team when setting up your campaign.

  • Yes, organizations can potentially run multiple campaigns. Contact us to determine availability and scheduling.

  • Most items in the webstore are eligible, but some specialty or limited-edition items may be excluded.

    In addition, any gift cards or memberships are excluded from the campaign.
