CALGARY SALES REPRESENTATIVE (ON-PREMISE)
Cabin Brewing Company is an award-winning brewery located in the Manchester brewing area in Calgary, Alberta. We produce fun, innovative beer styles, with a strong focus on quality.
We’re growing our sales team and looking for an energetic, detail orientated Sales Rep to join our team and take our presence in the local market to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing & executing strategies to grow sales, brand presence, and maintain existing relationships in Calgary and area’s flourishing restaurant and pub scene. The Calgary Sales Representative (OP) roll is a permanent, Monday to Friday position averaging 40 hours a week.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop, maintain and grow relationships with on-premise accounts (bars, restaurants, etc.)
Keep the conversation going—check in regularly to make sure they're stocked up, happy with our products, and ready for more.
Collaborate on events, activations, and promotions that get people excited about our brand and bring new customers to our accounts.
Achieve personal minimum weekly call targets.
Provide exceptional service to ensure long-term business relationships.
Flexibility to work the occasional evening and weekend.
Physical requirements:
Physically fit and able to work in a standing position for extended periods.
Able to move up to 65kg with the assistance of a dolly.
Our ideal candidate is:
2+ years experience in beer sales is an asset.
Passionate about beer.
Self motivated with a high attention to detail.
Knowledge and interest in the Alberta craft beer industry.
A valid Alberta Drivers License.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management skills.

PACKAGING HAND
Cabin Brewing Company is an award-winning brewery located in the Manchester brewing area in Calgary, Alberta. We produce fun, innovative beer styles, with a strong focus on quality. We are looking for a hard-working and motivated individual to help us package some of the best beer in the province. We are looking for a packaging hand who will report to, and work alongside, the Head Brewer, Production Manager and Packaging Manager. Shifts will vary depending on the production schedule. This position is part-time and will be approximately 20-30 hours per week, with the possibility of full-time work.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Assisting the Canning Line Operator on packaging days, including off-packing, packaging materials prep, canning line cleaning, organizing and assembling used can dunnage.
Wrapping pallets and putting them away in the cooler.
Keeping the cooler clean and organized.
Operating the canning line in situations where the Canning Line Operator is not able to.
Keg washing and sanitizing, and general brewery cleanliness and sanitation.
Packaging product into kegs.
Assisting with warehousing as needed.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Executing the necessary duties for canning assistance.
Maintaining detailed and accurate records in relation to all duties.
Maintaining a clean and sanitized work area to ensure quality of the highest standard.
Physical requirements:
Able to lift up to 12kg from the ground to shoulder height repeatedly.
Able to move up to 65kg with the assistance of a dolly.
Able to work in a hot, humid, noisy environment, and stand for extended periods.
Able to work safely with chemicals and motorized equipment with appropriate PPE.
Comfortable climbing an 8 foot step ladder.
