TAPROOM SERVERS

Cabin Brewing Company is an award-winning craft brewery located in Calgary's Manchester neighbourhood. We make fun, innovative beer with an obsessive focus on quality - and our taproom is where that beer meets the people who love it.

We're growing our team of beertenders ahead of the busy summer season. If you love craft beer, enjoy sharing that passion with others, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

  • Represent the Cabin brand with warmth, energy, and genuine enthusiasm for beer

  • Ensure every guest leaves with a great experience

  • Stay knowledgeable about our beers, story, and vision - and share that knowledge naturally

  • Pour and serve beer and other beverages to a high standard

  • Handle sales transactions using our POS system

  • Assist with basic food preparation and service

  • Keep all taproom areas - bar, tables, bathrooms, kitchen, and patio - spotlessly clean

What we're looking for:

  • Prior experience serving or bartending in a licensed establishment

  • ProServe certification (or a willingness to obtain it before your first shift)

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently during busy service

  • A genuine interest in craft beer

Working conditions:

  • Evening and  weekend shift work is required

  • Availability to work three or more shifts per week

  • Must be able to move 50L kegs (up to 60 kg)

  • Work takes place in a busy taproom environment, adjacent to an operating brewery (noise, equipment, and brewing odours are part of the job)

What we offer:

  • Starting wage of $15/hr, with a share of a consistently strong tip pool, and wage increases as responsibility grows

  • A generous monthly take-home beer allowance and quarterly apparel allowance

  • A genuine, hard-working team culture with a relaxed vibe

  • Opportunities for beer education and professional development

  • Room to grow within the company

If this sounds like your kind of place, we'd love to meet you. Apply using the form below.
