How does home delivery work?
We deliver to Calgary homes between 10am and 4pm.
How do I place my order?
Once you’ve chosen your items from our online store, select a home delivery date as your shipping option. NOTE – delivery day options are removed if that day’s delivery run is full.
Why can’t I see MY CHOSEN DATE as a shipping option?
We cap the number of deliveries we can make in one delivery run. Once that delivery run is full, we close deliveries for that day and remove it as a shipping option.
CAN I CHOOSE WHAT TIME I WANT MY DELIVERY TO ARRIVE?
You may request an optimal delivery time in the notes for your order, and we will do our absolute best to meet that, but we can’t guarantee a delivery time.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to homes within Calgary city limits.
Is there a minimum order or delivery fee?
There is no minimum order!
A $5 delivery fee is applied to orders under $40. Orders over $40 are free.
There is an option to tip your driver, and all tips go to the drivers - again, this is not compulsory, but is very much appreciated by the drivers!
JUST LEAVE MY ORDER ON THE DOORSTEP, OKAY?
Sorry, not okay :( You must be home to receive your order - it’s the law. We will not leave alcohol on your doorstep. Failed delivery attempts will be returned to the taproom and you can collect it from there during regular taproom hours.
Can you leave my order with my kid?
If your kid is old enough to buy alcohol, sure! Someone aged 18+ must be at home and be able to show ID to receive alcohol.
Do you deliver to condo buildings/apartments?
Yes, but drivers will not enter condo or apartment buildings. Customers must meet the driver at main floor entrance. Please add a buzzer code to your shipping address so we can contact you.
Do you offer mail order delivery?
Currently we do not offer mail order delivery. Items can be ordered online for home delivery in the Calgary city limits, or we have a wide range of beer and merchandise for sale in our taproom.
WHY ISN’T TAPROOM PICKUP AN OPTION FOR ONLINE ORDERS?
We have temporarily suspended this option due to the pressure this service is putting on our taproom service system. Once COVID restrictions ease and staff are less heavily involved in managing the flow of patrons in and out of Cabin and during their stay, we will open up this service again.
